A new series of TTC workshops is scheduled five times a year — twice each semester and once in the summer. Training schedules are e-mailed to faculty and staff and are accessible through the TTC registration site as soon as they are published.
All classes offered through TTC can be viewed by clicking on the Training Schedule link. All workshops, unless otherwise noted, require pre-registration and are free of charge to all CSU faculty, staff and graduate students. Please note that you must have an active CSU electronic identity (eID) before you may register. For additional information about your eID or to register, click on Login tab from the registration site.
Your CSU eID serves as a single, uniform electronic identity to authenticate yourself and authorize individualized electronic services (e-services). Many e-services at Colorado State can only be accessed using a CSU eID.
We have many video tutorials for viewing 24/7. Topics include Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and how to use a VOIP Phone. Visit our Video Tutorials page for a complete listing. For Graduate Students who are formatting an Electronic Thesis or Dissertation, we have video tutorials on the most requested topics. Visit our Thesis and Dissertation Formatting Tips page
Yes, TTC staff members are available for limited consulting and troubleshooting on various software applications. While staff are available for consulting, limited resources prevent us from developing applications, assisting with programming, or other similar issues. For example, TTC will help if you are having trouble printing a spreadsheet, but will not actually develop your spreadsheet.
