i>Clickers allow instructors to ask questions and gather student responses during a lecture. Clicker systems are also commonly called Classroom Response Systems, or Audience Response Systems.

In i>Clicker systems, each student uses a device, an “i>Clicker”, that looks like a TV remote to answer questions posed by the instructor. Summaries of student responses can be shown in real time to both instructors and students. Answers are stored electronically for later viewing.

Attention:  Mac OS Sierra Users  – Please read prior to downloading New i>Clicker software

i>Clicker versions 7.9 and above work with Mac OS Sierra. If you had i>Clicker already on your computer before upgrading it to Sierra, your software should continue to work as before. If you download NEW i>Clicker software onto Sierra, you must download the software from the linked CSU specific instructions.

For all Mac users who aren’t using Sierra, continue with the normal download process outlined in the CSU i>Clicker site.

iClicker Mobile Polling

iClicker Cloud, formerly iClicker REEF, is iClicker’s mobile polling software.  CSU has been testing this software, but at this time, we are not supporting iClicker Cloud.  We will continue to test iClicker Cloud and will notify campus when we will be supporting it.

If you have any questions, please contact us.
